The properties have been acquired and or developed over time by pursuing a policy of investing in the long term and accordingly implementing an ongoing substantial plough back of profits into group businesses.
The property investments held by the Group target the hospitality, health care, commercial, retail and car park sectors.
Operations of property investments are entrusted by the Group investment companies to either Group companies or independent operating companies.
